We now offer Remote Online Notarizations!
Oregon and many other states have passed laws authorizing notaries to perform online notarizations. These online notarizations are accepted across the country due to a long-standing body of laws in each state that specifically provides for the recognition and acceptance of out-of-state notarizations.
With no drive to and from the meeting, you can have your document notarized in 15 minutes or less. Most standard notarizations are $27. Fees are as follows:
- Remote Online Notarization $25 Per single document notarization with one notary certificate
- Additional certificate $8
- Witness (if the document requires it) $15
- Service fee $2
Heidi is commissioned by the State of Oregon and approved to provide Remote Online Notarizations for all states. (The seal and certificate will state the item was notarized in Washington County, Oregon.) Heidi is also available for remote and in-person loan signings.
After scheduling an appointment below, you will receive an email to begin the identity verification process. You will also enter your payment info, though you won’t be charged until after the notarization is complete. You will use the same link to enter the notarization session at the scheduled time.
