Beck Business Solutions offers virtual bookkeeping services to small businesses. This frees up your time
to focus on your business! We offer value-based pricing with a flat monthly fee, eliminating phone calls
billed by the minute and surprise bills at the end of the month. Some of the services we provide are as
follows:
- Transaction categorizations
- Monthly Bank Account and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Accounts receivable tracking and updates (and contacting customers/donors as requested)
- Accounts payable tracking, updates, and bill pay services
- Monthly Balance Sheet
- Monthly Profit and Loss statement with a current year month-to-month comparison
- Monthly Accounts Receivable Aging statement
- Monthly Zoom call to review above statements
- Unlimited email questions
- Virtual or in-person attendance at board meetings as requested
- Year-End reporting (reports to give to the accountant)
- Filing up to 10 Form 1099s at year end (Most organizations do not have more than this, but we can work it out if there are more than 10 needed.)
Our bookkeeping department is fully virtual and paperless. This allows us to be available for phone calls and video calls as needed, without scheduling in-person meetings and spending time driving between clients’ locations.
